Thinking about loyalty clarifies our relationships. We begin to understand where and why we're investing our time and money. We can become more intentional about who we support, realizing that we are shaping the future.
Isn't it great to use a dry cleaner that you pass most days on your way to work? Isn't it a bummer when they turn out to be less than reliable? A clerk at the dry cleaner I used to frequent recenly pushed a dirty garment back across the counter and said, "We can't take it–it's covered in pet hair." (Yes, the cat slept on it.)
What should I say or do?
