Yesterday I got back on the weight machine, and now all the weight-lifting of Monday morning seems doubly difficult. Fortunately, I'll be getting together with a team member in the afternoon, and that's something to look forward to.

Been a little off my routine for the past couple of days but many threads are starting to come together. #li
As I make many structural changes in my business and my life, I've been trying to cling to a routine to stay on top of everything. Fell off the horse this morning but back up, and things are starting to look much better.

Several people responded to my inquiries today and I got a couple of projects kicked down the road, but I'm because I've ended up with so many 'open items.' Sigh, David Allen warns about this!

Today I'm trying to keep all the channels open as I work. I know that I'll be able to focus and continue working, but I'm curious to see if I lose track of any of the channels. Sometimes it's convenient to be an introvert!

This morning my friend MaryBeth Smith shared the Seth Godin video about Quieting the Lizard Brain. It's not a new video but I hadn't seen it, and it does a great job of reminding us that it's easy to be a creative and hard to be a producer.
