    Durwin Sharp is Chief Idea Catalyst at Virtual Thinking Expedition, and whenever I get stuck he helps me find a way out. He's great at getting whole teams unstuck, as well.

    As a launch my reading catch up, I've already found something valuable at 37 Signals. When breaking the design process into steps, commentor Kent Beck recommends not looking at accomplishment but at learning. "How much do I need to do to learn the next leasson?"

  • Discovered that when I fall behind on my reading, my creativity stalls

    Less was accomplished today than I hoped. I spent way too much time looking for things. But I think that was just dithering from the fact I haven't been doing my evening reading over the last few days. It's like my well has run dry.
