One of the great things about going away to an inspirational conference like GEL is that you begin to rethink your priorities. Now that they've changed, I've got to change the expectations of the people involved. In the long run, that's good. In the short run, it's a pain.
Marketkeeping is about setting expectations carefully, fulfilling them faithfully, and this leads to good experiences.
